Calling all Stevie Fans!!
I have narrowed down these 5 Stevie songs to be the background music for my wedding DVD.
Here they are in no particular order:
1. Overjoyed
2. For Your Love
3. As
4. Ribbon in the Sky
5. Knocks Me off my Feet
Are any of those songs good for a first dance? We are having the song " Give me forever I do" sang solo during the wedding ceremony. James Ingram/J. Tesh sang this song.
Then we were thinking of dancing to "Give me forever I do" as a first dance. But would that be redundant? Should we pick one of the Stevie Songs?
I have always like "Aleays" by Atlantic Star since 2nd grade.

Hello Mindsay world!! I am back after a long hiatus! I have been on my grind with my business, and planning the upcoming nuptials.
Anyways, speaking of the wedding I was searching on you tube for a song to be on my wedding DVD that the videographer will do for me and my future husband.
So I of course searched Stevie Wonder. I have loved this man since I can talk! So I think one of his songs will be appropriate for my wedding DVD.
Well it brought in the search the song "we are the world". That song just brings tears to my eyes! This song is over 20 years old and just brings a since of piece and normalcy to my soul.
The best singers came together no matter their race, sex, creed, religion, or political beliefs for a common cause of humanity! It can't get any better than that!
I just also feel so secure and cuddled when I hear this song. I was in a very secure point in my life. I was a little girl, probably 5 years old, family life was stable, extended family life was stable, no medical problems going on in my relatives or friends, just good old life! Boy do times change.
Anyways I am getting off of my soap box! We need more times like "We are the world" in today's society.

Ok wedding planning truly sucks. Especially when your fiance is from Maine and trying to communicate with his family clear across the map!
So this is the deal..
I have 5 women in my bridal party. My sister, 3 cousins, and my God daughter.
Fiance only has 4 on his side (his brother, his bestfriend, my brother, and my brother in law).
I have 10 very close best friends, and that was too many to match with his side.
So I made them VIP girls. They are wearing champagne dresses from David's Bridal, and proceeding down the isle with a single rose, and just being a part of my day.
Well I told my mother and future mother in law to choose a red or champagne dress (my wedding colors).
Well my FMIL chose an apple red dress from the BRIDESMAID COLLECTION!!
Guess what?? She chose a dress that two of my girls are wearing.
GRRRRRR. So now I feel bad, she bought this dress and David's is VERY strict about returns.
And now she is calling everyday whining about it to my fiance, and I can't do anything about it.
Now fiance is saying "Why do you need VIP girls!?" Why don't you tell the two girls to return their dresses?".
I am like they are wearing the dresses that they are supposed to wear!! When will the drama stop???

Hello everyone! I have not been on in a couple of days. Been busy and just doing me!
Well I get off in 30 minutes and I am going to run 2 errands and then go home to take a nap!
Then me and fiance are gonna go to this cool burger shack in our area and then go home to rest again.
Saturday I have a baby shower.
Sunday we have to host 2 parties for our business.
What is everyone else doing this weekend?

I am so tired of right winged conservatives saying that they are fearing for their life and scared of our countries future!!!

When Bush won in 2000, he was a republican president with a republican congress.
Nothing was wrong then!!
Now they are crapping in their pants because the congress is liberal and so is our president! Gosh can we at least get something sometimes?
Also we can't ALWAYS win! Don't we teach our kids that! Grown people are throwing fits and wanting to flee the country! Wow that is a huge tantrum!!
Plus I personally can not justify backing a party that does not represent my life or future life. If you look in the audience in any Righty's rally there is NO diversity! Come on people, that is not real life!!
Sorry that party does NOTHING for me!
I consider myself a moderate democrat, that would rather vote independent, or liberatarian before conservative.
Cause to me being conservative is the same as being selfish and a separatist.
That is just my two cents.
When Bush was president, I was not happy, but I respected him as the winner and never thought ill of my life and safety!! Gosh get some balls!
